Chris Mavity

Chris oversees project development and capital expenditure for all projects within Skyline Energy. Additionally, he leads sustainability initiatives that span across various REITs and Funds within Skyline Group of Companies, such as overseeing the installation of over 950 EV chargers and the development and installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) arrays owned by Skyline’s REIT investments.  

Chris joined Skyline Energy in 2022, bringing over eight years of experience in the solar and renewable energy industry. Throughout his career, he worked on both small and large-scale rooftop and ground-mounted projects across North America, during which he successfully developed and built over 500 MW/AC of solar generation projects. He also worked with the project management team at Travers Solar, Canada’s largest operational solar farm. 

Chris aims to help Skyline achieve its sustainability objectives by executing green technology initiatives for existing infrastructure and capitalizing on project development opportunities in renewable energy. He is dedicated to ensuring that Skyline’s existing renewable energy assets operate and perform beyond expectations. 

Chris holds an Advanced Diploma in Architectural and Building Technology from Fanshawe College. He also has a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Toronto.
